Who is Fiona?

Fiona’s eight cards are the game’s bright patch: a cute, playful vegetable-empire dress in three or more colours, a patterned walking billboard, her beloved ox in professional bows, then baking, floristry and a reporter’s suit in grey, black or brown.
The outlier is Opera Night — romantic, cute, eveningwear, five bows and ten centimetres of lace trim — which pays 750 and, judging by its name, connects her to Edith Swan’s world.

Story notes
Fiona’s cards are the brightest run in the game, but Reporter Fiona — 75 professional in grey, black or brown only — shows the straight face behind them. Opera Night, her most expensive card, ties her story to Edith Swan’s stage.
The Wiki names her story achievement Reap what You Sew; all eight major cards complete the arc.
